Creating Your Account
How to sign up for Fairground Music and get started.
Signing Up
- Download the Fairground Music app from the App Store or Google Play
- Tap Sign Up
- Enter your email address
- Create a password
Password Requirements
Your password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character (e.g. * & ! ?)
Email Verification
After signing up, you'll receive a verification email. Tap the link in the email to verify your account and complete the sign-up process.
Check your spam folder if you don't see the verification email within a few minutes.
Signing In
Already have an account? Simply:
- Open the app
- Tap Sign In
- Enter your email and password
Forgot Your Password?
- Tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Create a new password
Next Steps
Once you've created your account, you can:
- Set up your profile
- Start discovering music and following artists
- If you're an artist, set up Stripe Connect to receive payments
