Scene Creation - for Creators

Scenes are community-driven music spaces on Fairground, typically built around a geographic area, a music genre, or a combination of both. They serve as hubs where artists, venues, promoters, labels, and fans connect around shared musical movements.

What are Scenes?

Think of a Scene as a local music community brought to life on the platform, for example: "Manchester Indie", "London Drill", or "Bristol Bass Music".

Scene Curation (Admins)

Scene admins can curate their Scene by managing:

  • Featured Events - Select which events to spotlight
  • Featured Posts - Pin important posts to the top
  • Hot Artists - Curate the trending artists list and display order
  • Feed Settings - Configure whether the feed shows all community posts or only tagged content
  • Pending Participants - Review and approve participation requests (from all profiles, including Fans)
  • Admins - Add or remove Scene administrators
